In my many years as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of NETFOX AG, I have experienced many managers – Sascha Harmuth stands out in particular. He took on his role at an extremely difficult time for the company and impressed us right from the start with a clearly structured, comprehensible 100-day action plan.
Sascha rose to the challenges with great commitment, a pronounced hands-on mentality and a clear vision. His consistently open, transparent communication – both with the Supervisory Board and with the entire workforce – deserves special mention. He created trust, took responsibility and was approachable and solution-oriented even in critical moments.
Even though together we were ultimately unable to avert the insolvency of NETFOX AG, this is not due to a lack of commitment or foresight on the part of Sascha Harmuth. On the contrary: he has proven in a very short space of time that he is a leader who can provide orientation and stability, especially in times of crisis.
I very much hope that our paths will cross again in a different constellation – and I can warmly recommend him to any organization looking for a resilient leader with integrity and assertiveness.
